The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
MoveFast - Kevin T. called this morning to let us know he was running late, and that he would not be here at 930 but will be here by 1030am.
It is 6:30pm, and after repeated voicemails, emails, pages, and auto redial - we have not heard anything from him.
Disappointing - the reviews on him were positive, and he called this morning to let us knwo he was running an hour late, but that was supposed to be 9hours ago.

Very nice guys. They were very careful when picking up the sofa. Went to delivery sofa only to find out that it wouldn't fit through the door. They were nice enough to take it to a second destination where it did fit. Slight damage (easy to fix) at delivery, but I can deal with that considering how they really pulled through. I would definitely use them again!
