My experience with this service provide was very positive though I was a bit apprehensive initially. Got several feed-backs on how the delivery was going. Pick-up and delivery was completed on the same day and am already thinking of working with the service-provider for my next shipment. What I have to point out is that it is important to be aware of the terms/conditions of service provider since this will help prevent unwanted delay or miscommunication.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it AFTER OUR FIRST BID WAS EXPIRED THE CUSTOMER REQUESTED THAT WE RE-BID ON THE ITEM THERE FOR HE MUST HAVE READ OUR PROFILE THAT SAYS DRIVE AWAY. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider notified me by email that they were unable to get my truck to start thus unable to drive it to the port... and that I should get someone to work on it and then give them a call to have it moved after. I have tried several times to reach the service provider for us to figure out a way to move my truck but they have not responded to any of my emails or phone calls so I am cancelling the order immediately.

The seller of the vehicle misrepresented the information concerning the status of the vehicle. The transaction was therefore cancelled and there was no need to transport the vehicle any more. This was well discussed with the service provider and we agreed to cancel the transportation of the vehicle. The service provider was reasonable throughout the transaction.
