The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The Service Providers Truck broke down and estimated time of arrival did not meet my timeline. The service provider was very upfront in communicating his breakdown issues.

Mr. Miller I apologize sincerely for not being able to accommodate your shipment from Kallispel,MT To Western,KY. My truck broke down in Rural Idaho after I struck an Elk. The ONLY Mechanic option I had was a small local mechanic that honestly did his best to repair my truck, but he didn't have the skill to repair my equipment. I hope you get a reliable carrier that takes care of your item in a professional manner. GOD BLESS YOU & GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR SHIPMENT!
