THIS CUSTOMER MISLED UP TWICE- WE HAD SHIPMENTS OUT OF DC-THE FIRSTTIME NO BODY RESPONDED BY PHONE OR WAS AT PICK UP PLACE--WE WENT AGAIN A WEEK LATER AND GOT TOO TH EPLACE AND HAD TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR FOR A MANAGER TO TELL US THE ITEM WAS NOT THERE. wE CALLED THE SHIPPER HE HAD NO IDEA WHAT HAPPENED AND DID NOT GET BACK WITH US. THERE WAS POOR COMMNICATION 100%
THE ITEM WAS AT A AUCTION PLACE WHICH WAS VERY ORGANIZED- SHIPPER SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DEPOSIT TO US OR GAS $$$

What a nightmare!!! Items turned out to be 3 times heavier & bigger than listed -16000# instead of 4500- if you are transporter you know what it means and they were not running like they were suppose to. I made BIG mistake and decided to complete shipment. I even had to cancel other shipment to accommodate this one. After all the trouble I went trough these people refused even acknowledge that shipment was misinterpreted not mentioning compensating for it. BE CAREFUL doing dealing with them!!!
