I never write negative feedback but because of what happened to me with this provider I feel like I must. A chunk of the wood was taken out of a piece of furniture. This provider immediately told me about it before I even saw it and told me to get an estimate and that he would "turn it into his insurance and pay to have it fixed." I emailed him 3 times and left 3 voicemails for him about it and he never responded. So now I have to pay to fix it when he damaged it. This man has no integrity!

Absolutely horrible experience. My furniture items sustained multiple damage and the carrier admitted that my items were transferred from truck to truck a minimum of 3 times.
I have tried every way possible to contact Martin and he has not responded to any call or email.
DO NOT USE THIS GUY!

This was quite possibly the most amazing shipping experience that i have ever had. informative, helpful, great at solving problems are some of the great qualities that these guys have.

Martin Cassidy could not keep any appointments. We had to reschedule about five times after he failed to show up, never calling to say that he would be late.
Two items were broken, one beyond repair. When we discovered that four items were lost, he said they'd mail us the two they could find but I've received no followup information on when or even if they might be coming. The other two items are just gone. All in all, it is ~$1200 worth of items.
I would not recommend MCarrier to anyo

Not recommended. While items arrived mostly in decent shape (a few dented boxes, some furniture scratches, which Martin offered to pay to fix) and he was polite, he was late, unprofessional (slept in, repeatedly told me he was 30 minutes away, showed up 4 hours late) had poor communication, still has yet to send me an invoice 3 weeks after my move, and has stopped returning all communications. I need an invoice to be reimbursed by my company, and I was promised this the day of delivery.

Excellent response, pickup, inventorying, blanket wrapping, shipping, delivery, unloading and helping to bring into the house. Would certainly use this carrier again and appreciate the prompt and curteous service. Wonderful to work with.

My furniture was delivered in great condition and in about 48 hours as the shipper had said. There were some issues before the pick-up (delays and communication) but after the pick-up everything went well. Shipper was very courteous and pleasant. I would ship with him again.
