I never write negative feedback but because of what happened to me with this provider I feel like I must. A chunk of the wood was taken out of a piece of furniture. This provider immediately told me about it before I even saw it and told me to get an estimate and that he would "turn it into his insurance and pay to have it fixed." I emailed him 3 times and left 3 voicemails for him about it and he never responded. So now I have to pay to fix it when he damaged it. This man has no integrity!

Absolutely horrible experience. My furniture items sustained multiple damage and the carrier admitted that my items were transferred from truck to truck a minimum of 3 times. I have tried every way possible to contact Martin and he has not responded to any call or email. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!

Martin Cassidy could not keep any appointments. We had to reschedule about five times after he failed to show up, never calling to say that he would be late. Two items were broken, one beyond repair. When we discovered that four items were lost, he said they'd mail us the two they could find but I've received no followup information on when or even if they might be coming. The other two items are just gone. All in all, it is ~$1200 worth of items. I would not recommend MCarrier to anyo

Not recommended. While items arrived mostly in decent shape (a few dented boxes, some furniture scratches, which Martin offered to pay to fix) and he was polite, he was late, unprofessional (slept in, repeatedly told me he was 30 minutes away, showed up 4 hours late) had poor communication, still has yet to send me an invoice 3 weeks after my move, and has stopped returning all communications. I need an invoice to be reimbursed by my company, and I was promised this the day of delivery.

My furniture was delivered in great condition and in about 48 hours as the shipper had said. There were some issues before the pick-up (delays and communication) but after the pick-up everything went well. Shipper was very courteous and pleasant. I would ship with him again.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The Customer is a very nice person but we cannot service shipment with the customer having more then 40 boxes over the original bid agreement. Customer did offer to pay more but space is very limited for this trip and it would affect other customer move and we cannot risk that.

Original agreement was long before the move and I misfigured. I shared the new number. He could not handle me on the scheduled date. I understood & apologized. I gave mover time to work around hurricane concerns then tried to reschedule - told him I would pay more for the larger load. He kept putting me off to talk with boss. mover did not return calls or emails. Learned he would not be moving me by seeing the bid withdrawn on UShip. Seems unprofessional to me.

I have made numerous attempts to arrange an alternate date to have sectional pick up each ending without a pickup. I have called shipper multiple times and have not had any luck in getting sectional picked up. I am unable to continue waiting for shipper to pick up sectional. No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Provider does not have a valid DOT #. Does not answer phone with business name. Person on the phone has used different names even though the same person answers. Has been suspended by uship under different name for unacceptable service and has opened this account to trick consumer and uship.

It is ashame people will actually stoop to this level, move was completed; customer never paid for any services and now even cancelled uship bid so they could recieve there deposist back. Customer even recieved $170 to replace damaged box spring and still never paid anything... This is all documented
