The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
She was suppose to pick up the cat on the 15th or the 16th. But couldnt due to no fault of her own!! Then she would have done it on the 22nd but I had to get the cat out of their sooner!! Thanks!!

Kim, I am so glad you got Angel out of there!! I am really sorry to have to postpone and glad you were so understanding, as I was given 1 day notice on the cancellation of the other shipments. They made it impossible to find something to replace that entire shipment with the short notice. Glad everything worked out in the end, and good luck with your kitty. Erin

I no longer need my item(s) shipped.
The shipper fail to contact me at the agreed to time and date. The necessary paper work coggins etc. is not ready and given no assurance when it will be ready.
Service Provider Erin McNeelly of MC Performance Horses was helpful, patient and understanding. Mr. McNeely has been notified of the cancellation.

Very responsive, easy to work with, concern was with the health of the horses. Notified us at time of pickup, and kept in close contact via the entire journey. Would definitely recommend.

Erin's nice but,really needed horses shipped by an exact date since I was moving!She returned calls,but did not initiate them. shipping delayed last minute,had to send horses to a friend and WAIT for shipping near 1 week later since her other shippings were not in order! When she did arrive at 11:30PM (late)she failed to notify my friend till she was in the driveway!Horses then did not want to load, in the dark! She informed me they were thin(stress)Then wanted to buy 1,arrived late but safe.???

she knew I was waiting for other shipments to confirm before I could leave & was ok with it then as I gave her a great price for her horses. I didn't need to call her as she called me uncountable #of times each am/pm & I did call the pu location & let them know I was coming because I wanted to make sure a pm pu would be ok and she agreed to that, also trailer was well lit up in and out but horses were not well behaved to begin with, I complimented the horse's color (bay roan) but didn't want it!

Ern is a very nice person, but gets "lost" in her own little world of being on the road. Instead of sleeping BEFORE she picked up my horse, she drove for a few hours then slept for 8 hours. This lengthened the travel time considerably. (It took her over 12 hours to head north out of Memphis and get out of the state. She concerned about "doing what she said"- it would have been better for the horse if Erin had picked up the horse the next morning. She returned calls, but did not initiate them.

I DID call, but she called so much, day and night even when I was sleeping every 1/2hr that I didn't need to call all that much- owner has no idea what driving horses c.c. entails as I had another pu in TN before leaving & was changing route to avoid a blizzard in the mtns which added time but was more safe for her horse. also rudely demanded/YELLED over phone what hwy I was to take!! WHAAAAAT??? I shipped for only 54 cent/mile!! Also hauled X-large, heavy trunk and other items at no charge!!!
