Our profile clearly explains our shipping process, and we never change the time frame or request any extra money all bids are flat rate. The agreement is only 3 pages and 1 of them tell us where to pickup and deliver the vehicle and the other gives payment options, by NO means is it "unreasonable". We use our own trucks and the help of qualified carriers.

No one should do any work for this idiot. I am accuse of damage that the seller use of bungie cords, I can not tell seller how to tie a tarp down, I would not like anyone to tell me how to tie tarps on my vehicle. This stupid wants something for nothing, it is not going to happen. See him in court. Response from MBAM: This guy is a retired fool who has no idea how to transport a vehicle. He ruined my paint job on the car being transported, knew that the tie downs were damaging car and did not call me or try to keep it from happening, just said 'who cares" and brought the car down and allowed it to be damaged. I can not believe how stupid and uncaring he was about this beautiful car, now i have areas on the car where it is worn down to the bare metal! I hope we do go to court so he will have to pay damages!

Response from MBAM: There was no problem with communication, shipper showed up with the engine running while car was on the transport! Due to car being left running for over an hour, the car has overheated which caused damage to the engine. Car is now in the repair shop being repaired due to the neglect of the driver and his total inexperiance!

Rating: Cancellation Left for: chrislen (1) On: 8/28/2009 For: 1 vehicles for transport	The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment i have tried for over a month for shipper to deliever my truck, at first he said that his truck was broke and now after 3 weeks i have not heard from him and his voice mail box is full. this is the third shipper that i have had to cancel on this truck. uship needs to do a better job in screening their transporters!

It has now been two weeks and the shipper has not picked up the truck and will not return my calls!!! He does this on the side when his construction job is slow and since he has a lot of work he keeps lying to me to delay making the transport. He should have never taken the job if he was not going to complete the contract. Uship should take him out of their system!

Rating: Cancellation Left for: gizzmolink (311 ) On: 6/26/2009 For: 1 vehicles for transport	There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved gizzmolink wanted me to sign an unreasonable four page agreement with them, then they would broker out my transport within 15 days. they also wanted me to send them more money as a deposit after uship had collected my deposit. please relist this transport request asap! Response from gizzmolink: Having dealt with this character before, we knew this was not going to be a smooth transport. He is full of lies, first off the agreement is only 3 pages, 1 telling us where to pickup & deliver the vehicle, 1 providing info about the transport process, 1 discussing payment methods, the is nothing 'unreasonable' about it, this only insures the transport is legal and covered by insurance. We never collect any money until we have issued pickup dates,our profile clearly explains the process.

The car had overheated and now needs major engine repair! Response from gizzmolink: Gizzmo Link is a DOT compliant transport company no vehicle was left running on trailer, Client purchased vehicle over the internet not knowing the actual condition of the vehicle. Driver started auto with booster box due to bad battery, auto overheated while unloading. Client blamed driver, trying to help out we instructed client to have auto checked out by mechanic & report any damages. Over 2 months passed and we never heard anything more about situation. Maybe attempted insurance fraud???
