This was the worst move i have ever heard or seen. The owner is not very experienced and has all temporary crew . He drove my car all the way where he promised a trailer. He gave a written agreement to compensate for tge mileage but never did. The owner and his helper had a nasty fight and were unwilling to unload my stuff and asked about 30 percent more money, I had to do that to get stuff back, New river transport is the worst, he even threatened to. Fraud on my card. THEY R Bad

Despite what has been said No fraud has been committed as that statement is false. Mr Rajendran, has stated that I would place his car on a trailer, I see nothing in my contract stating such thing. NOTHING WAS BROKEN And I communicated fairly with customer. Despte what has been said I am continuing to work with customer to resolve this issue. Note; my crews are not temps. Please note as well that my worker is now in jail for making threats against myself and my family. He is WORTHLESS!!and deser

Chris tried extremely hard to make our deal work for transporting our furniture to AZ. Unfortunately due to added items upon settlement of estate we were unable to secure a deal in time for our dead line. Chris was quick to respond to our questions and we will certainly use him in the future.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved MR GOMEZ, HAS FAILED TO PROVIDE US WITH ATHE REQUESTED DOCUMENTD REQUIRED TO SHIP THIS. FURTHERMORE ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THE LOCATION WHERE THIS ITEM WAS LOCATED WERE UNSUCCESSFIL. MR GOMEX HAS A PENFING CIVIL AND POSSIBLE CRIMINAL SUIT IN NC COURT. THESE WERE FILED TODAY. MR GOMEZ DOES NOT DESERVE A REFUND AND WE WILL NOT PROCESS HIS REQUEST FOR ONE. MR GOMEZ NEEDS TO BE AWARE THST WE WILL NOT TOLERATE OR ALLOW. DEFAMATION OF MYSRLF OR THIS COMPANY. MR GOMEZ REPRESENTS A NON EXISTENT COMPANY.

you are a Fraud! what document i fail to complete? the picture of a document taked w your andriod phone? you lie to me saying "I HAVE A TRUCK READY" to make me pick your bid, then you said "I COULD PICK afther DEC 25" then again "I will pick up by DEC 29 and deliver Jan 03" and then "I havent heard from my driver" and then "My driver had some passport problem" and then "I`m working something else" and i can keep until no more characters left to tell you you are a VERY DISHONEST PERSON

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer PER MY INITIAL CONVERSATION WITH THIS CUSTOMER ON 10-13-2010 I INSTRUCTED THE CLIENT THAT I WOULD EMAIL PAYMENT TERMS TO HER. THIS WAS DONE ON THURSDAY 10-14-2010. NOW TODAY ON THE DAY OF PICKUP AND DISPATCH TO ATLANTA FOR HER DELIVERY THE CLIENT HAS NOT SENT THE INITIAL PAYMENT OF 60% OF THE COST WHICH WAS AMOUNTED OF $480.00 THEREFORE I AM CANCELLING THIS TRANSACTION. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!!!!!! THIS CUSTOMER IN MY OPINION WOULDVE GOTTEN "FREE" SERVICES FROM ME AND THAT WILL NOT HAPPE

No Detailed Feedback Available Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward After accepting the bid the service provider was not reliable and tried to get all of the money from me up front. He did not have a truck to accommodate my move. I could not trust him. He had a different story everyday. I would like a refund of my $100.00.
