The shipper was unsure whether he wanted the vehicles moved or not.

Rating: Cancellation Left for: DURATRANS (140 ) On: 8/24/2007 For: 2000 Volkswagen Jetta	A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My truck blew 2 tires, and was held up in the shop awaiting parts. I DID contact the person, I DID explain to the person what happened with my truck. He told me it was not a problem and to just call him when the truck was up and running again. I called him again on Tuesday, when my truck was ready and he told me that he was meeting with a potential buyer later in the day and may just sell them from where they sat and he may not need them shipped. He said he would call me after 5pm. HE DID NOT ca Response from DURATRANS: I listed this shipment for a friend since I could not do it. I had no control over this issue except to list it and it went bad, I hope MATS learns that you have to do what you say you are going to do and not screw people over, he is just starting out. If you are not in a hurry or have a timeline by all means use him but I will NEVER AGAIN. My feedback speaks for itself and I would never treat a customer like he treated me.

Response from precisionaudiolab: A true Class-Act, all around!! Shipped car within a tight schedule and at a reasonable price. Driver was a major help even after the car was unloaded and wouldnt start, really went above the call-of-duty on this job! I would not hesitate to hire these folks to deliver my next car in a safe and efficient manner, you can BET that I'll be back again! Happy to provide a reference for this shipper if needed.
