He was thoughful enough to buy a tarp and wrap my boat so road dirt would not harm it. I had a snag/delay w/the licensing of the trailer and instead of getting excited and upset, he was level headed, calm and understanding. I would use this shipper again in a heart beat. If you need a "go to" guy, he's the man!!
