Having used U-Ship several times in the past couple of years, this was the most pleasant experience I ever had. I can't say enough good things about the service, the Shipper, his communications, timeliness and professionalism in getting the job done without any problems whatso ever.. My son who was the recipient of the Yamaha Scooter made the same comment about this Shipper. If I need any Shippers in the future, I will go to him first.

The service provider said in his last email:
If you want a refund you will need to log onto UShip.com their you can do a match retraction, to start the process. UShip will Notify me and we will accept. Sorry we were unable to accomodate you shipment in a timly mannor.
