The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
WE WERE GOING TO SHIP MY BOAT END OF APRIL OR THE LATEST FIRST WEEK IN MAY .I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR TWO MONTHS AND WAS TALKING TO MARKE SHAFFER THAT I WILL WAIT TWO MORE WEEKS AND I DID .MARKE TOLD ME IF I HAVE TO GO AHEAD WITH CANCALLATION HE WILL ACCEPT IT.HE WAS DOING ALL POSSIBLE THE WAY I UNDERSTAND BUT CAN NOT BE DONE . The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
After Communication direct, the service provides cancelled this shipment.
Service provider claim to ship 100 boats every month to eurupe etc, but does not have any proof of homepage, pictures, MC, DOT, business referenses outside uship, or can tell us what ocean liner to use etc, how the boat will be picked up.
We have been shipping a lot of cars for customer in europe since 6 years and are trying to find a shipper with excelent service for boats. Unfortunaly he couldnt tell us anything that

THESE TWO GUYS HAVE NO BROKERING AUTHORITY TO OPERATE IN THE UNITED STATES.I PROVIDED THEM WITH THE INFO THEY REQUESTED.REBID AT THEIR REQUEST SEVERAL TIMES.THEY ARE A FRUAD.IF YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME AND WANT TO WORK WITH THE "USED CAR DEALER" MENTALITY YOU FOUND THEM.THEY WILL EXPECT YOU TO SHIP IT THE SAME DAY THEY ACCEPT.TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.THEY SHOULD STICK TO THE USED CARS AS THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT BOATS.

i am trying to get my money back because he did do nothing. he foul me around for three months and the boat he didn't move at all from the marina. and now he is give me a hard time to get my money back. he never sent any document showing his accomplishement of anything now his is blaming me...!!!! i want my money back from him.why place a bid when you are unable to accomplish!!!why!
