The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipping party had an injector go bad on his truck and has gotten stuck in Houston, Texas. Part is not immediately available so he had to cancel pickup. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Camper was to be picked up between Apr. 4-7. Provider contacted me on Apr. 5 to let me know he was having a problem with his truck and would be taking it in for repair. On Apr.9 he contacted me again and said he had to wait at least 3 weeks for the parts for repair. We are relocating to Arizona and need this camper to live in and we were already in transit on Apr. 9 when he said it would be at least 3 more weeks.It was explained to Mark that we would not have a place to live until camper got the Response from MARK1953: Gary, I am very sorry, but please understand I was in your town, and at your dealer when I was told all of the injectors needed to be replaced in my diesel! these injectors come from finland, crazy I know, but true! They told me 3 weeks to get them in, and I didnt want your unit on the side of the road, if the truck didnt make it. please try to understand. sincerely mark1953

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper couldn't do this shipment because of a conflict in scheduling. Response from MARK1953: very unforunate, 2 bids accepted around the same time!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I contacted Mark, the TSP immediately after completing booking. He switched on his Bid terms TWICE.
1)In his Bid Detail, he specified "TRUCKING" as mode of transporting my equipment. In our conversation, he changed that to "DRIVING". I would have accommodated this switch but for the fact that
2)He switched further, and tagged on Fuel costs as extra charges. In his initial Bid Details, he never mentioned that. Response from MARK1953: check this booking! It clearly states it was to be driven, and fuel was to be paid by shipper. No one in their right mind would do this job, as he describes!

I no longer need my item(s) shipped the item to be shipped is not available to me. The transporter has been notified and agreed to cancel. Mark and Carol have been great communicators and a good source of advise on this shipment. I hope to use them in the future. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have left numerous emails and attempted various calls, but no response and no answer. Response from MARK1953: I spoke to this shipper, could not get together on dates!
