Carrol and Mark were GREAT! After an issue with my original transporter fell through with only hours to spare they stepped up to the plate and hit a home run. They said they could get it to my house on time on a very short time frame on a long distance haul and the hit it right on the money with three minutes to spare. I will definately use tehm again if I have the need.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Mark Martin never picked up the bike as promised and when I call his listed phone number another person had been assigned his phone number, Mark no longer has the listed number. I have no way to contact him now, Mark is not communicating with me on any level. He never call me or the seller of the bike to tell me that he was not going to show up as promised. This whole process has been a total nightmare and I had to forfit my purchase price of the bike as a result of this deception. I could not b

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved seller was contacted and told no paletts were needed I did provide shipper with the seller contact information so that they could make time arrangement seller's hours of operation was provided also

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The service provider has informed me that he could not take the shipment and that the trailer is wiggling. I had MarineMax tested the trailer and they drove the boat with the trailer on 80mph and they said it was very stable. I would like to re-list the same information again and get other bids. Thanks

I arrived a pickup point and worked an hour and a half to get the boat ready to ship! trailer was in bad shape, but decided to try to fullfill my obligation. took this boat aprox 7 miles down the freeway and boat was not stable on trailer, bearings were bad, and worst of all axle was bent. I drove back to dealership, and they informed me that they did not sell this trailer to customer, it was the wrong trailer for this boat, and never as checked out! they acknowledged problems with the trailer.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Shipping party had an injector go bad on his truck and has gotten stuck in Houston, Texas. Part is not immediately available so he had to cancel pickup.

the most nicest delivery company you'll meet!! Everything about the shipment went great! an the waverunner was well taken care even I couldnt do a better job then them! I could not wait for this shipment, as I had to deliver in ark that evening. I stated I would try to pickup on my way back if i could, but my busniess took me in a different direction.

Rating: Cancellation Left for: omohsen (1) On: 5/14/2009 For: 1995 Regal 256 - 26' Cabin Cru	After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer after driving to pickup this boat, just doing a visual, it should have been enough for me, but because of my obligation to the customer, against my better judgement i decided to take it! I took it 7 miles down the freeway after working on getting it ready to ship for an hour and a half. Trailer was not wiggling, bearings were bad and axle bent! after returning to boat dealer, they then confirm trailer was wrong one for this boat, and nothing had been inspected. careful all!!! Response from omohsen: I bought this trailer from MN and after Mark returned the boat I paid $150 to inspect the trailer and MarineMax confirmed that it is very good and they drove it on the highway on 80Mph and it was very safe and stable. I never seen it, I am just relaying the responses That I received from 2 different people. It needs as far as I heard at least 1 ton truck to haul it. You can contact MarineMax Rogers to be assured that it is very stable.
