Initially communication was quite poor and delivery was a week late as I found out later due to unforseen circumstaces however once the boat was picked up in California Bill and Jeremy both did a great job in getting it up to Blaine Washington for me. I left the pickup point feeling that Bill had treated it as if it were his own boat. Thanks Bill & Jeremy. I would definately use your services again.

I needed to move a 14’ racing sailboat from Minneapolis to Long Island. The Ushhip ad generated a number of responses that fit my requirements. In the end I chose the one I thought was most experienced in shipping sailboats. I chose Nauti Buoy Marine from Port Clinton, Ohio. They delivered the boat on time in spite of the seller not having registration for the trailer or it having working lights. Further, they were in contact either by e-mail or cell phone during the entire trip.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
When the service provider first contacted me regarding payment I authorized 50% but when I recieved my statement he bill my CC 100%. There is also a real problem with this service provider returning phone calls and I received only one email verifying he would be at the pickup address at a date and time he set and never showed up. Now my CC company is involved.

WE IN FACT SHOWED UP THE BOAT WAS NEVER READY !! THE TOWER WAS NEVER REMOVED . THE CREDIT CARD WAS REFUNDED THE SAME DAY OF CANCEL DUE TO MARINA NOT BEING READY !!! WE CANT HAUL THE BOAT 14' TALL THE TOWER GUY MISSED HIS DATES AND WE DIDNT CHARGE YOU FOR ANYTHING !!

Will never use shipper again. Jeremy had my boat for over a month. No contact at all. Which seems to be the norm for him, boat arrived with spot light knocked off, one skeg on one of the motors damaged, no shrink wrap on the bow as he said. Then has the nerve to say I owe him money. Gives me some excuse about being sick, then he got married, then weather, even told me he tried to go to the border, which was a lie, because as soon as my boat did arrive, I was informed immediately. Exuses,excuses.

OUT OF 200 BOATS LAST YEAR!!! SHIPPERS BEWARE THIS MAN DOESNT PAY !! WE EVEN CALLED THE POLICE WHEN WE GOT THERE THE HOLD UP WAS HIM TRYING TO GET THE BOAT IN TAX FREE! AND GOT FREE STORAGE. HAUL 60 BOATS A YEAR TO CANADA AND NEVER A PROBLEM TILL HIM.. 4 THIS WEEK SO GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR SHIPMENT AND THANKS FOR ADMITTING YOU DIDNT PAY YOUR BALANCE.

Boat arrived in perfect condition and drivers (Tiffany & Crew) were very nice and helpful. Timing of shipment was a little later than I expected, but within agreed upon terms. Provided communication at time of pickup and delivery. They did respond to all phone calls in a reasonable time frame.
