Mark is wonderfull Guy.. wonderfull comunication. he picked up from indiana and delivered to colorado springs next day.. I will definetly choose him if needed any future shipment...

DON'T DO IT!!!! If you value your items AT ALL, don't use this service. Out of 8 items, 7 were damaged. My estimate for repairs is $1800 for this solid cherry furniture. If only it had been blanket-wrapped, as his bid said, all of this could have been avoided. Furniture was in pristine condition before this move. He knew this was my grandmother's furniture and threw it in the truck as if he were heading to the dump. When it arrived NOTHING was wrapped around any of my pieces. Unbelievable.

WE WRAP EVERY PIECE UP WHEN WE PICKED UP FROM YOUR MOTHER.THEN AT DELIVERY I UNWRAPPED EVERY PIECE BEFORE I HANDED IT OUT TO YOUR FRIEND THAT WAS THERE WATCHING ME.THE ONLY PIECE THAT WAS DAMAGE WAS THE TABLE ONE STRIP CAME OFF LIKE IT WAS GLUED TOGETHER, AND THIS FURNITURE WAS NOT SOLID CHERRY...,CUSTOMERS PLEASE LOOK AT THE REST OF MY DELIVERIES IN THE SAME AREA ,NO PROBLEM WITH ANYONE ELSE EXCEPT THIS ONE,,PLEASE BE AWARE....................................

,mark at big man is a scammer.
This guy bid on a twenty foot truck load and showed up with a fourteen foot truck. I had a friend let him into a storage locker and left him there. He called me and asked if he could leave two dressers in the locker and come back and get them picked up and delivered the following week. I agreed as i had no choice. He promised to pickup the rest of the furniture today which he didn't do and won't answer his phone. I also have damaged furniture and plan on filing

WE WENT BACK AND TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF THIS CUSTOMER,EVERYTHING WAS DELIVERED, AND THE CUSTOMER IS HAPPY NOW, SO I THINK THIS NEGATIVE SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF THANK YOU SO MUCH TONY ,I WOULD WORK WITH YOU AGAIN............

These guys were so nice and understood my needs. I had to move quickly and within certain limitations. These guys were so great to work with and I really appreciate their willingness to add items to my move that I had not listed. Several pieces of furniture were scratched and will require some mending, but there isn't anything beyond repair. Thanks again! I really appreciate the move.

thanks again i know for sure some scratches was there already,they could of been scratched at the end when some other people was shoving them in the truck to make fit,i did cover everything that was to be covered you are one of the great that i love to work with thanks again............
