Hi, My name is Mark Wakins. I own a 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 Pick-up and have been towing trailers for the past 12 years, and the last 3 have been for a local RV dealer near me. He kept in contact during the 2300 mile trip, was extremely professional, and handled the unexpected problems accordingly.
