We are a family owned and operated business from Pueblo West, Colorado dedicated to providing the most professional and courteous service possible. We are NOT a BROKER, we transport all vehicles ourselves and you work with the driver throughout the transaction. We use a semi-tractor with two drivers so we are always on the move and your shipment is never left unattended. Over 72 years combined experience, accident free service is what you will recieve when you book with us. We have moved everything from lawn mowers to semi's without a hitch. Anything we transport, reguardless of condition, will be handled with the utmost care. We are fully licensed and insured. However, we are new to uship.com but not new to the business. I can't speak highly enough of this service. They communicated as promised. During the course of the delivery the weather took a very dangerous winter turn. (delivery to Colorado) We talked regularily and the vehicle arrived as quickly as reasonably possible and was transported in a professional and safe manner. They valued my vehicle and the overall safty of the transport above all else.....Can't ask for more.

After 5 days of trying to get ahold of Larry Sr or Larry Jr (left messages on 2 phones and email), I had U-ship contact him. He promised to call me back the next day and didn't for 4 days until I called U-ship again. He promised to pick up the vehicle 4 days later and didn't. He then subcontracted to another shipper who was also late to pick up. The subcontractor was also late to deliver (about 3 weeks past my deadline in total). Larry promised a partial refund ($90) but I did not receive

I think the shipper is aiming his frustration in the wrong direction. Shipper agreed, due to scheduling conflict, to have another carrier do this. Dates were flexible until shipment was under way. You don't have the feedback we do with this type of thing going on. I'll own up to this, as it seems no one else is going to, but this is not how we do business. Just read our other feedback. The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped On Oct 31st. we went to pick up location only to find all 3 vehicles were jammed completely full of spare parts, motors , fenders etc.. I explained I could not transport vehicles in this condition. I called VIP at uShip and explained situation. It was agreed to remove all items and I would load on Nov 3rd. and transport to Tempe, Az. At app.8:30 pm on Nov 2nd. I received phone call stating the vehicles had been sold and service was no longer required. COMMUNICATION WAS NEVER AN ISSUE.

No Detailed Feedback Available I no longer need my item(s) shipped We ran into some communication issues and then once bridged we ran into scheduling conflicts and after numerous attempts to bridge the gap we were unable to resolve and my brother who was the intended recipient got frustrated and angry and decided to leave the cars here in Colorado at my location rather then ship them.

when we arrived on Oct 31 to load vehicles we found all 3 had excessive items in all 3. We told customer we could not transport vehicles safely or legally. Arrangement were made to empty contents and load on Nov 3. At 8:30 Nov 2 customer called to inform us they had sold the vehicles that morning and transport was no longer needed. Communication was never an issue. Please read our feedback and you will see communication has never been an issue.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have tried to contact the driver several times before the deadline with no return call or email. The driver did not pick up in time to meet the deadline of Nov. 16th. The driver did send one email stating he had transmission problems. After many attempts to call & email since then I still had no time frame proximity because the emails & voice mails were not returned.

Had problems with our truck. This is unfortunate. Contacted shipper and notified them. Thought this was understood as shipper listed the shipment back on Uship the same day. After finding out not too many transporters are willing to run out of Craig, Co. we get the blunt of the shippers frustations. Completely understandable, none the less unfortunate for both of us!

Contact was made by email immediately after acceptance of bid. We had transmission trouble with our truck on the prior shippment to this one. Got the truck fixed and back on the road, but we were unable to meet the time frame and dead line. This rarely happens, but it did unfortunately. Contacted the shipper immediately by both email and telephone. Was told pick up was no problem. Person at pick up location would not work with us on pick up time. We were picking up vehicles in Dallas, Killeen ans Austin all in same day. Pick up would only wait until 5pm, would have arrived at 530-545. He wanted us to wait until Monday. It was Friday, Would not budge. Informed shipper could get it at a later date. We had a hauler full of cars that needed to be in Colorado and it had to go then.

Unfortunately, in today's world you can't make everybody happy all the time.(Believe me we try!) We felt communcation on this shipment was more than adequate! If you read our feedback on other shipments, you will see communication is one of our strongest assets. This location is not in a very common area. We don't bid jobs unless we will be in the area they are in. This job was contingent on another shipment that didn't happen. The customer knew this. It would have cost $300 over the bid. Thank
