We will have someone available at home to tell you where we are and you can of course call us directly on our cell phones. We promise to be prompt, courteous and caring!! I hope to work for you!! We will be handling your item from start to finish, no brokers, no middle men, no employees - you won't need to worry about dealing with anyone else. On most shipments we require 1/2 down and 1/2 on delivery. You'll know when we're picking your item up and our target for delivery before we ask for this. We carry cell phones on the road and check our email nightly, so you always know where we are or can easily check with us.
