The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The Service Provider was a middle man type broker tring to find other parties to do shipment. The price that was quoted was not realistic and our company checked and found that the permits were never even applied for each State to be traveled. Due to the Service Provider not being upfront and our company given false information, this has cost our company over $8,000.00 in delays, flights and labor waiting for a shipment that was never even set and with our deadline quoted.

Yes we are a broker and a carrier. We own four of our own trucks and constantly try to get the loads for our trucks. The information was correct on this load and the customer totally misrepresented everything. He had already booked things up before the truck was even scheduled. We told him to cancel before he actually did all of this, and he would not. Permits and escorts were required for this move. Not a good shipper to work with at all, has no clue how this all works!
