I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have made numerous attempts to contact via email and phone. It seems they are unable to speak to me about my order so I need to move on to someone who would like my business. Response from LoadIt2012: You booked and canceled the next business day.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I no longer need my vehicle shipped through uship. I was contacted by a previous auto transporter and they were able to transport my vehicle sooner than through uship.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shippinf provider was to pick up in 3 days and worse did not respond to any of my attempts to contact him. I request a full refund from Uship. Charles Cumings

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The transporter provided no communication and did not honor their bid. I left several messages with them with no call back and was put on hold once for over 10 minutes. I would encourage uShip to eliminate them as a carrier.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Shipping provider agreed to pick up vehicle within 3 days of booking confirmation. After two weeks, the shipping provider has not even been able to schedule pickup- completely unacceptable.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Booking was accepted by provider on 3/3/12 with stipulations that the vehicle would be picked up on 3/5/12 and delivered on 3/7/12 none of which happened. Called the provider on 3/8/12 concerning the shipment and was informed that the driver broke his finger and will pick up the vehicle on 3/9/12, which never happened. Called the provider again on 3/10/12 who informed me the driver will pick up the vehicle on 3/12/12 at 9:00am so please have all fees paid so the driver has no problems. Paid all
