The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I listed this shipment as with a pickup date of before May 3rd, 2013. This provider saw this date and booked the job 2 days after the last pickup date. He knew he would never be able to do the job before the date listed. Why is he able to book a shipment after the pickup date has expired?
Anyway, I am requeting a full refund and not a credit because the shippint company should have never accepted the job because it was impossible to do it within the acceptable dates.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Pickup is over 2 weeks late. After receiving various excuses causing me to let this drag out, they finally just admitted that they can't get the job done.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Carrier failed to ship between Tue & Thur last week. Was supposed to pickup yesterday 3-26, but failed again. Arrived today 3-27, my equipment he had exact dimensions and pictures of would not fit. I am probably going to lose my piece of equipment now.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved We have to cancel booking because we talked to our sea freight forwarder and unfortunately ship is leaving port in a few days. Sorry we are not able to wait too long. Thank you.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I flew to California to meet with Mike and Sean to help load the freight.. but they were delayed by a few days and I had to fly back for work. They did stay in contact with me and tried to work with me to get this load back to Tennessee. As I understand, they loaded the shipment but were afraid their truck was too small to pull it and stop it. They did work with me as I scheduled to have it reloaded onto another truck and stayed with the load until that happened. Mike and Sean went above and bey

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have spoken with the carrier.
My dispatch person (who is new) accepted this bid.
The date the carrier can pick up is the 28th.
Shipper needs done by the 18th.
I called the carrier immediately to resolve, and time frames could not be met.
This is my company's fault, and not the carrier.
The carrier understands, and appreciated our honesty and integrity in this instance of a new employee mistake.
Carrier has no problem with this cancellation.
