Mike did and excellent job staying in contact to get my shipment to me so that I never wondered what the status was. He was also very flexible with the pick-up and delivery time. What a great shipper. I had to go to las Vegas on buisness,and he picked up the dog, and kept him at his house for 12 hours. The new owners told me he got there safe and sound and full of energy. He even gave me a report on the new people who adopted him, in case they lived in dirty conditions, not suitable for a new pet. ( I had my dog up for adoption) I would reccomend this shipper to anyone. Thanks again for the safe transport of my dog!!!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have made multiple attempts to contact the provider - by phone(voicemail), text, & email, but no response. I cannot continue to delay this pickup. I purchased this item off Ebay. I need to make other arrangements. I would like a FULL refund. This is the first time that I've used your service. Hopefully I will have a better experience next time.

At the end I had to cancel it, because I sold the car before moving. Anyways, I would recommend him. Always I had a question he would answer really quick by e-mail.
