The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The service provider was not able to load the forklift as he did not have a truck in the area during that time period. I have already relisted the shipment and matched with another shipper. I just need a refund of the deposit for this shipment. Thanks, jon

We tried to make arrangements on both ends, Jon & I. The mechanic did not have the equipment readily serviced & available on the day of shipment, and I could not hold my truck all day for a blank load. Very pleased with the delivery. Mr. Roberts definetely went the extra mile. Both him and wife kept me informed of progress. Boat was delivered in perfect condition, on time. Handled all aspects of the delivery very efficiently and professionaly. Very pleasant to do business with. I would trust this shipper and highly recommend him.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Details of the vehicle to be shipped was posted along with the shipping preferences. The TSP made a bid without understanding DOT regulations when towing a vehicle of that size. Eventually, he could not provide the service because he lacks the proper license required nor the proper equipment capable of towing my vehicle on a flatbed. We both tried to find a way to resolve the problem but it could not be done legally. I have notified the TSP that I need to cancel this match before I lose more tim

I am new to the USHIP arena, and so is this shipper. All that he knows that he wrote regarding DOT regulations, is the info that I gave him, that WAS NOT included in his posting. I am just getting accustomed to how USHIP works, & making my adjustments & corrections, in order to service my customers. We had the option to drive the vehicle, but the shipper opted out, and the bid was cancelled.

This was a major freight move that this shipper needed. in order to move the freight, one would need a cdl license, that I do not carry at this time. Also, at that time I was new to uship, and did not understand the (#)= 45,000 lbs., but now I do, & I made numerous calls to assist the shipper in finding another company to make the shipment a reality.
