The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped.
The listing did not specify an enclosed trailer (pls see listing),and although we properly bid with an open trailer service provided, the seller (pick up location)suggested to the shipper,(drop off location & buyer)not to ship on an open trailer,shipper no longer felt comfortable shipping on an open trailer and trusted the seller's opinions over ours, no hard feelings, but the event did take away a few hrs waiting for the seller to reply to messages so we can arrange pick up,and 60 mi each way o
