There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Service provider LewisLogistics, failed in his attempt to pickup trailer, battery for jack was disconnected and rather than hook it up he left, leaving me to find someone else to pickup the trailer. Response from LewisLogistics: This is a baldfaced lie that Copart told Mr. Ramsey. There was not a bateery on the trailer. I hooked my jumper cables to the connection and the motor just spun. I tried it with the hand crank. Same thing. The nose of the trailer was on the ground and you couldn't get a jack under it. Copart had a 10 ton forklift there and could of easily picked it up so I could back under it, but they refused. All four tires were flat. I tried everway I could to accomodate this man.

Leo Response from LewisLogistics: This customer cancelled this booking ten minutes after he accepted it. He not only failed to read the bid details, he tried to call on my fax number. If he's no smarter than that, I wouldn't want to work for him anyway.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The product was to be picked up between the dates of 12/28/2009 and 1/1/2010 and deliver 7 days after pickup. it was agreed for those terms. I have not been able to contact the provider after 3 tries yet. he has been given my number and the sellers numbers and no contact has been made since the booking.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service Provider scheduled pickup for 10-14-09 and on 10-13-09 stated that he was unable to meet this commitment. Response from LewisLogistics: My bid clearly stated that I would pick this trailer up by the 31st of October. This listing was posted with flexable pickup and delivery. I could not reschedule my other booking to accomadate this one on the dates they wanted.
