The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Leslie Allen was hospitalized after he picked up my furniture and stored it in a warehouse. At first, he thought that he could deliver it within a few weeks. However, now he has told me that he will be unable to deliver. Therefore, I need to request a new provider and have them pick up the furniture from his warehouse in Texas.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Hi,
I have attempted to contact this provider MANY times! Prior to that I was told twice that the provider would pick up the item. and about a month went by since I have heard anything from him. I REALLY need to get this item picked up. Please refund me the full amount so that I can find a provider that would be more then happy to accommodate.
Also, the credit card that is on file with you guys was stolen... I will change it in my profile. please note that the last four numbers are 7064

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper communicated by email several weeks after the shipment was booked that he had a family emergency and he couldn't complete the shipment on time. At that time he asked if I wanted a refund. I told him that was not necessary as long as it could be moved in a reasonable amount of time. About a month passed since that date and I began emailing the shipper to see when he was scheduling the pickup. He emailed me back and stated that it would be the weekend of the 18th or early the follo

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I have finally reached the service provider and he is in the hospital. The earliest (and he isn't sure) that he might be able to haul is 8/6/12. I need to get this item from the seller ASAP as they have been waiting on me a long time.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper has had a conflict arise and cannot pick up my item until 6 Aug. Unfortunately, I can't keep the item in its current location until 6 Aug. I'm moving and *must* be out of the house by 31 Jul and *must* have it picked up by then. I would like to cancel and get a full refund.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time 1 st off it took 3 weeks to hear from them. I emailed them to figure out what the deal was. They complained of repairs. As for them canceling on me.
She said they would pick the sofa up in about 2 hours. I told her to text when they were 20 minutes away so I could be there. She texted me when she was 20 minutes. I was 10 minutes late because of traffic and she canceled when I was on the way to the pick up. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT RELIABLE, DO NOT TRUST THEM.
