I no longer need my item(s) shipped I had been working with another shipper but had heard nothing for several weeks, so I listed my shipment and asked Legal to bid. They did, and I accepted their bid and made a down payment yesterday. I also emailed the shipper providing additional detail on loading and unloading addresses. I learned this morning that the original shipper called and left a message with my wife yesterday morning indicating they were picking up the load today. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was very impressed because a representative contacted me moments after I awarded the bid. They wanted to pick the item up the next morning and I wasn't ready for it to be picked up so quickly. Unfortunately I had to cancel the bid. Their customer service is great!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Hi,
I want to cancel my shipment because the moving date is coming up (09/27)
and I've been trying to reach the service provider for the last 3 days via phone and email and don't get any answer back.
I belive 3 days for a serious company is too much time to leave a customer without and answer. I don't trust that they will be here on time.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Originally, I needed to ship some furniture I was storing for family. At the last minute, they decided to not keep the furniture and have given it to me. Therefore, I no longer need to ship these items. I am sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your willingness to make this transaction on such short notice.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I am terribly sorry to have inconvenienced the shipper in anyway, as I had information about my Artwork being accepted at the last minute in Miami. I had to change the shipping date to accommodate the Art Exhibit schedule and my shipper could not be in the area at the later time schedule. I was very hesitant to cancel, as I tried to work it out with the original shipper, however, they would have had to have their truck wait for a few days and thay would have been a terrible inconvenience to th

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment We were not able to get the condo elevator in the short notice provided and they cannot get a truck in my new timeframe. Response from Legal: shipper indicated "flex' on pick up and delivery and after could not get a condo elevator within 2 days frame.
