Rating: Neutral Left for: aulthat (33 ) On: 8/31/2009 For: Arab mare from NY to VA	Shipment scheduled for 7am; shipper called at 7am to tell me he'd be 1-1.5 hrs late. Also, when the shipper placed his or her bid, it was for a box stall, direct trip. Instead, my horse had a half stall because the box stall was needed for another horse that was picked up and delivered along my horse's trip. Therefore, it did not end up being a direct trip. In the end, the horse arrived fine and the communication along the way was good.
