I picked up the screen and delivered with no problems on either end. Excellent communication, very friendly, easy to deal with, paid cash!!!Highly recommend. It's a shame the previous shipper tried to screw over a great customer-shame on them!!! Response from LTE: Thanks Glenandcindy...the other shipper just retracted their feedback on me as a big misunderstanding. But I will definitely use you again. You made this whole mess worth it all!
Rating: Cancellation Left by: kattsmoving (15 ) On: 4/5/2007 For: foldable wood screen/divider	We worked with Doreen to try and get her screen, The time constraints were very hard to work within, We here had no problem with Doreen the trouble was with her seller. It was very hard to coordinate with him. When we did make arrangement we had a truck problem called him to explain but then it became very difficult to schedule a time for pick up. We are still trying to accommodate Doreen in this process Response from LTE: Either this shipper KATTSMOVING is nuts or a very good liar. He never picked up my screen and never once tried to contact me even after I sent him 5 emails..Please check out the feedback from the shipper who did pick up my screen. He couldnt have picked up the screen if KATTSMOVING actually had it in storage!!!

Rating: Positive Left for: Executran26 (75 ) On: 4/12/2008 For: Sofa and 2 small wood chairs Read Story	Paul was the most responsible, respectable and friendly mover i ever met,,,i had many shipments across 3 states and each one was delivered timely, in perfect shape and with great communication over 2 full days,,,this guy far exceeded my expectations. He lifted a 200 pound hand crafted bar off his truck by himself with no damage! I only wish i had more deliveries to have this wonderful experience again,,,i cant thank Paul enough for 2 days of perfection!

My screen arrived in perfect shape and in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to call Glenandcindy for any of my moves. And they didnt hesitate when I asked them to move another piece of furniture that wasnt even delivered by them...what a great experience!
Rating: Cancellation Left for: kattsmoving (15 ) On: 4/5/2007 For: foldable wood screen/divider	The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time This provider has not picked up my shipment on several occasions as he had promised. Now I have made 3 attempts to contact him via phone and email and have gotten no response from him. It has been over 4 weeks since he made a promise to pick up the item. I can no longer wait. Response from kattsmoving: This is a completer lie....we have picked up the item when contracted to. We have had it in storage...this customer is NEVER ABLE to accept deliver, nor is he ever reachable by phone or email. not only are we out the money for deliver of the screen but for the storage fees which he has incured with us...sounds like he just changed his mind and no longer wants the screen....shame on you!!

They were right on time and helped me position the piece, even though they had several other apptmt, they made me feel like I was their only customer. And the way they took care of such a large mirror that could easily break was amazing! I hope to use them alot in the future and def will tell my friends. Everyone tells me horror stories with movers. These guys were a dream.. Doreen
