I THOUGHT LONG AND HARD ABOUT WHAT KIND OF FEEDBACK TO LEAVE, EVEN THOUGH THE SHIPPER WAS GOOD WITH OUR MECHANICAL DELAYS. HIS PAYMENT WAS NOT MADE AS PROMISED WE WERE SUPPOSE TO BE PAID UPON SIGNED RECEIPT. BUT WERENT . I HAD TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES OVER 2 1/2 WEEKS TO GET PAID. I WAS ALWAYS TOLD IT WAS SENT OUT. BUT WHEN I FINALLY GOT PAID THERE WAS A APOLIGY FOR NOT SENDING OUT PAYMENT WHEN I WAS TOLD IT WAS. SO I WAS LIED TO MY TWO PEOPLE THIS CAUSED US FIANCIAL HARDSHIP. GET PAID UP FRONT.

Shipper was to deliver 3 ATVs with a value of $30,000. Shipper was paid promptly upon proof of delivery, which took over 2 weeks longer then promised. They delivered 2 of the 3 pieces and abandoned the third piece 500 miles from the delivery point. They originally told me that the 3rd piece was 100 miles away and would deliver in the morning. It took 3 more days. In addition, they damaged the units which cost us additional money in long distance repair. We did not charge them for their neglect.

Motorcycle was picked up 4 days late , not a week!This very arrogant shipper is very hard to please.Truck was delayed due to another Ushipper supplying a bad check for payment and deliveries had to be stopped.Delivered the motorcycle for $250.00 over 3000 miles within a week to the buyer's residence(not his business as originally requested) and customer is still not happy!!! We wouldn't move anything for this guy again , even if he was the last shipper on the planet!

Shipper showed up 7 days late. I had to call over and over to get him to call me back. Item shipped was a motorcycle frame, not a motorcycle. Shipper set the price of $250, not me! Recipient waited at work for 4 hours for this shipper to NO SHOW, NO CALL and then went home. Shipper only agreed to deliver the frame to his home because it was closer to him then his work. It is not my problem that you took a bad check. All this could have been avoided...all you had to do is call me and let me know

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time
The original agreed pickup according to the U-Ship contract was to be between June 9-15th. To accommodate shipper I agreed to have him pickup on June 23rd. Driver arrived on June 23rd and told the warehouse that had my items that he did not have enough room left on his trailer to take my shipment and left Arizona to continue his route into California. He left with my valuable items sitting on a loading dock. The shipper offered to see if he could arrange to have my load picked up on his way back

A real bunch of amatures/hackers! Tried to get 3- 9.5' Rhino ATV's into a 20' trailer! DAMAGE resulted which I absorbed the cost of!.They had to use a second trailer! Showed up 2 weeks late. Delivered 1 week late with every excuse in the books. Mechanical breakdowns, driver locked in jail up, my $30,000 load in jeapordy! Then delivered 2 of the 3 units abandoning my 3rd unit 500 miles away (Delivered 3 days later).This was the shipping experience from HELL.
