Boat was loaded on trailer facing rear which made the highest part of the boat higher. Marina questioned this plan but I assumed the driver knew best. End result hit an overpass wreaked the light steering pump and a/c and holes in roof. Interior damage extensive too. Must have been a wild high speed run. Driver named Charles.

Again, I am so very sorry about the air unit on top of the boat and the pump. We take pride in serving our clients and we are very disappointed that this accident happened. However, I'm proud of my driver for avoiding an on coming accident. Thanks for your assistance in finding the replacement parts. Anthony, Camile and Keith were all great to work with. Confident, friendly and very professional. Although the delivery was delayed, the boat arrived in good shape. Keith, the driver noticed that the shipping boat yard had not properly secured part of the load, and resecured it, minimizing damage, for which we are very grateful.

The experience I had with Lewis Specialized Trucking was great. They walked me through the whole process, of which, I was unfamiliar. The answered all of my questions and very prompt in all of their affairs. The goals in regards to timelines were upheld. As a matter of fact they were ahead of schedule. I would strongly recommend this company and if I were to give them a rating on a 1 to 100 scale there score would be a 101 because they went the extra mile to make me a satisfied customer. THANKS!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
the truck broke down and cannot deliver my boat when i need it shipped from florida to arrive on a certain day at a marina in new jersey. . i also sent an additional deposit to trucker. .please advisewhat to do. another trucker may be able to handle it.

We were able to pick the boat up on time. The customer changed the delivery date from Thursday to Friday. This created a conflict with the boat we were to pick up on Friday. The customer chose to change providers oppose to waiting for a new pick date up to accommadate his delivery.

We had an excellent experience with Lewis Specialty Trucking. Our driver George was extremely experienced and had a wonderful up beat atitude during the entire move. The boat was loaded and properly secured. If something needed extra attending to he was right on top of it. In unloading he managed to back the rig into an extremely tight space in the dark. Great job! We will be back!

What an amazing experience. Top notch in every way, Anthony clearly knew exactly what he was doing, was great dealing with the marina personnel (and was able to get another load arranged while he was there, that's how impressed the marina was with him), arrived as expected...nothing but first rate communication and service. Camille made sure I knew what to expect, proactive about communication... simply a great experience from start to finish.
