The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Lewis Trucking e-mailed me that they were unable to ship my boat for the price they quoted. I was very patient and requested that they abide by the contractural agreement during February, March or April. They breached the contract and U-ship was unable to enforce the agreement. I was required to pay $1205 in additional storage since they would not pick it up. In addition I had reserved a spot at the Pittsburg, California marina and paid $450 for one months rent and a deposit on the slip. I h

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I don´t reach to Florida to acomodate this boat for it to be transported in scheduling date and my broker don´t answer my messege,I think is not possible for it to go by road,I will look up by sea tank you.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Service provider could not pickup shipment on scheduled date he then referred me to a friend i am not comfortable with this arrangement. Please credit deposit to my account.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I was unable to complete the purchase of the boat because it was not as represented. I'm continuing to pursue another boat and will need to use Uship again to secure a shipper once I find a suitable boat

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The Service provider asked waiver on responsibilities that should have been covered, E.g. Hitting power lines, Overpass, bridge.
Chances of delay (because transporter elect to hire escort as needed underway) could have increase the cost of transportation beyond acceptable rates.
Price and insurance coverage was not clearly defined and ended up being a moving target

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I stated clearly in the listing that I needed the fly bridge removed, the company tried to have me pay to have it removed. I own a boat rental business and have boats moved all the time. This is the first time I have ever had a boat moving company try to pull something like this. I would strongly recommend that you never use this company.

We are sorry as well. We are not insured to remove bridges nor do we have the mechanical experience. Most customer's know this. Sorry for any trouble this may have caused.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I spoke with the Service Provider and they were not able to accomodate the dates that were in the bid. In fact, they were not even aware of the dates. Apparently, they just put in a bid without looking. Very dissappointed. Now I'm really in a bad situation since the boat was to be picked up 10/15 and delivered 10/18 or 10/19. Little chance that I will be able to get this done now.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The office where I accepted the bid contacted me to inform me there had been an internal mistake.
I paid $346.74 and need a refund please.
