The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time lou never showed up for our transport and left us standed in nd i expect a full refund of our booking fee! Plus he did not return our calls or texts!This has left me very displeased with uship and will probably never use this service again!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The service provider did not show up when agreed upon, claimed to have a mechanical issue with his truck, then when he called last week still did not show up to pickup the shipment, tried sending email, calling, etc. several, several times with no return!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider experienced mechanical failure of his truck and could not make the agreed time and date. The service provider therefore cancelled and we had to make other shipment arrangements given that our two attempts on USHIP were both unsuccessful.
Tyler in customer service stated that he would credit our Paypal account for the booking fee once we filled out the cancellation request.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Unfortunately, the AC4H pick-up barn was unable to keep the horses until Tuesday or Wednesday which was the earliest that Lou could pick them up. They needed to be moved immediately on Monday afternoon, 1/23/12, as the pickup barn refused to keep them overnight.
Lou has been extremely helpful to me in scheduling the transport and I would recommend him to my friends. Due to the rigidity of the schedule that the pickup barn required, it was impossible to reschedule with Double L.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Lou accepted the contract but did not perform the service. He avoided calls and promised for over 3 weeks to pick up the horses. Worse, he took 1/2 the payment by bank transfer.
