There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
Shipper accepted our bid at last minute, late in the afternoon and fail to inform us that we had to make an appointment for pick up. We where told we could pick up between the hrs of 8am -10am and 12pm to 3pm we arrived the next morning and was informed by the seller that we had to have an Appointment, had we had enough time we could have. seller was no very cooperative and would not assist, she said she was home today sick and we could not pick these items up. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Unfortunaly we could meet the time frame from the pick up location. We thought that it was regular business hours, but they closed at 3Pm.
We're coming back next week to Texas, if you still want we can do the shipment for you. Thank you.

Complete and utter waste of time.. I called Wednesday 7th, said they'd pick up shipment on Thursday or Friday, for delivery on Friday or Saturday.. Saturday comes around, no delivery. Only after I call did they inform me they couldn’t pick it up because of scheduling issue. Said they'd pick it up Monday.. Monday comes around I get a cancellation notice from shipper stating they can’t make it because pick-up has to be before 3pm and they didn’t know. BID DETAISL CLEARLY STATED PICKUP TIMES. Now I
