The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services They never delivered the package and refuse to refund me any money!!! I have already paid for it in full a very long time ago and lost a very good costumer because of it!!!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipment was supposed to be picked up on Wednesday. Then it moved to Thursday. Then they called to pick up the shipment on Friday between 9-12 am but no one showed. No one answers the phone at this company on the weekends, so we are left getting another service provider to frantically meet our shipment deadline. This shipment has to be in Canada by October 5th. If they were to pick it up on Monday, it would not reach its destination on time.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I specified the dimensions I was given by my supplier since the beginning. Measures and weight are as I said. I don't understand the reason of this cancelation request. I paid for this article after LDMInternational accepted my bid and now I'm waiting for it to be shipped.
I do believe Uship should determine that's not a valid reason for cancelation.
