The seller wrote me that she had to tell the shipper to cover the items to prevent damage during the trip. The shipper was not equipped for that since two of the coverings used were their jackets. Although the items were tied down, a loose brass knob fell off and was caught against the wood and the side of the truck. It worked itself across the face of a drawer, leaving a long deep scar. The shipper tried to deny it was his fault, but the seller's pre-shipment photos proved otherwise.
