My company is based out of Phoenix, AZ. I have 2 divisions. Our construction side and our transport side. Our transport division includes (2) 1-Ton Dodge Diesels, 40' Flat deck trailer & a 45' Boat trailer. I haul boats, travel trailers, & construction equipment, farm equipment, military equipment, & oil field equipment .Occasionally I will haul some auto & motorcycles. I am set up to handle most loads. I can ship throughout the US and Canada. I am licensed with the FMCSA which includes our DOT & MC #. I also carry 1 million liability on our trucks and 100k in cargo insurance. Our cargo insurance can be increased at anytime to accommodate items that have a higher value. I have references available at anytime along with copies of our Insurance. Great shipper. Best price and willing to work with me for what I needed. I highly recommend this transporter if you need one. I knew my Blazer was in great hands and secured the entire time. Even offered to store it for me if I couldn't get in touch with my family mechanic that I had a previous agreement with. I can not say enough great things.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Flatbed could not accommodate all the 2 vehicles
Response from KodiakTransport:
Customer listed each vehicle @ 21'. When I arrived to load shipment one of the trucks was 24'+. They both wouldn't fit on trailer. If customer would have physically measured each truck I would not have wasted my time and fuel to get the shipment. A 5 min measurement check cost me a full day and about $150 in fuel.

Jerimiah is absolutely hard working, honest, and capable to haul and drive big loads. We would definitely use his service again for any shipments! My only wish is that he would take some time for himself between these loads. Our items arrived without any problems, a very heavy 23' gooseneck trailer and Ford Ranger to boot, on his 40ft flat bed trailer. Thank you Jerimiah and best of luck to you always!!!

jeremiah is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE he worked with a lot of unforseen VARIABLES a sinister seller and a long distance buyer he made a huge nightmare logistically happen as if it was no problem there was an additional cost added on as i underestimated the weight and size of this load which was reasonable this guy is awsome HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AAAAA++++++++AAAAAAAA+++++++++ i honestly can not beleive my LOAD is now in my garage THANKS JEREMIAH YOU ROCK

I still have to deliver my Combine from IA to NY which I won't be picking up til tomorrow morning. I didn't see the notation on your listing about the 21st. Rating: Cancellation Left for: dazike (1) On: 9/18/2008 For: 1982 & 1985 Mack R685ST Tracto	The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it Here is another reason the policy uShip has in place that effects us carriers on the excessive cancellation policy. This customer listed the 2 trucks as being 21' each. When I arrived today one truck was 25' and the other was 21'. I spent 3 hours in the rain trying to load both vehicles. I was my time & fuel to pick up a load that is listed inaccurate. WHY should that count against me. It cost me money to try and do this load and in the end I get "excessive cancellation" strike against me. Response from dazike: This guy came with a 40ft flatbed with 38ft loadable space thinking that he could pull it off. The measurements were as initially stated about 22ft each. He should have come with at least 45ft flatbed. He also came with a low hauling capacity truck. A Dodge Hemi truck to pick up 2 semi tractors weighing about 26,000 lb. When one of the trucks was loaded, his tool box affixed to the flatbed was already hitting the ground, so it was difficult for him to exit the loading facility with one truck.

I tried to pick up the unit and unit wasn't able to be loaded. I broke my winch trying to pull it onto my trailer. Customer paid for the service already. This transaction was completed to a certain degree seeing that I drove 1,000 miles + for machine, spent 3 hrs trying to load machine, etc. Customer would still be responsible for mileage & time on job Response from thowbo: God bless u for taking my $3200 for a work u did not do. I gave u enough time to p/u because u said u want to be in the area before u can p/u. When u went u said the combine had a clutch problem & u couldn't move it so you have made arrangements with Waterloo implements to move it to their shop for reapairs the & in 2 weeks' time u will p/u if I pay u, I wired the money to u and didn't hear from u until I requested my money back. uShip has ruled in my favor. So send my money back to me.
