Mr Taylor Welty, (KnowsBikes) moved my bike from Illinois to Florida, damaging it in the process on over $400.00. First he promised that he will take care of the damage, but that was it. He never communicated with me since. UShip does not care who is getting the moving job as long as they get payed, so if you want your bike moved with care and not damaged don't hire this guy, he doesn't care because he knows he will get away with it. Rich knows that his brother drop the bike when bringing it to the trailer, ran it into the curb, damaged the under fairing. I sent pictures to the shipper, along with his brothers statement, yet he tried to claim it on my cargo insurance. Insurance company declined claim do to brothers statement of damage. Furthermore he inspected the bike and paid me in full, knowing of the previous damage.

Had some problems getting the right pickup & delivery dates set due to both of our work schedules, but worked thru that okay. Taylor does know bikes and an excellent job of taking care of them during transport. Highly reccommend him for bikes or anything needed to transport.

WARNING!!!WARNING!!!WARNING!!! Mr Taylor Welty is a stinking liar and manipulator. My brother never dropped my bike and never gave him any statement. Pictures of my damaged bike he has from me, he himself never takes any pictures, and there was no claim to any cargo insurance. That pretty much gives you a picture of Mr Welty. No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have had a very had time reaching the service provider. I called several times and did receive a call back after a day or so originally and then an email saying he was very busy and would call my seller the next day and set up pickup for later next week. I responded to the email and then followed up with seller today at the end of the week and found that service provider never called. I made several calls to the service provider and he did not return my call until 9hours later. After revie

No Detailed Feedback Available There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The shipper states on his profile that payment could be accepted at time of delivery. He refused this and wanted payment in advance. His reason for money up front was because of "special circumstances" Those "special circumstances" would be helping the seller remove the bike from a pick up truck.
