There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved There is a price change and no response from customer

We had an agreement but Allen refused to honor it. He would not accept that. I responded several times by email and phone call, but Allen was extremely uncooperative and threated me. I did not want any of the drama. I additionally found that he had a few different service provider identities. He was reported to Uship for his actions.

John is a people person and professional, which no doubt adds to his positive feedback comments. He has a great personality and is flexible. Found John to be safe and responsible with the car, and he truly cares about your cargo as if it is his own. He picked up my car and stored it at no extra charge until he could deliver it to assist the seller’s schedule. There were some changes in the delivery date but he communicated throughout which was helpful. Recommended!!!

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I just sent the service provider an email responding to his to which I cc'd to Danielle Maddox's email and the service@uShip.com. I'll cut and paste it. 1.) We didn't even negeotiate as he didn't even give me 24 hours to respond. He did not follow the guidelines set forth under the Match Cancellations and Refunds section on your webpage. I was out of town then at the urgent care today and was unable to answer his call when he called me as I was in a medical facility. 2.) Under 18a third bullet

I contacted the shipper with in 72 hours of the change and received no response from shipper until it was close to the date, I tried to reason with the shipper but she tried to order me to do it or else, I'm not in business to take orders just to try to negotiate terms in which we both would agree to, instead of agreeing shipper decided that shipper didn't want us to touch her things. If shipper would have reached a agreement with us it could have worked out.
