I must admit that prior to any engaged initial contact with this company, I was a 'bit' hesitant because I'd read few complaints on the company's failure to make any timely 'reservations' or proper contact with the 'client' or 'shipper'; I must say that as unfortunate as it may've been for those individuals and this being my first extensive move (NJ to Mo), I'm EXTREMELY delighted to say that they're professionalism, courtesies & character are understated & exemplary in my book! Thanx team! =)

We had no deadline for delivery and although at first I didn't hear back from them, when they came close to picking up my sander they were in touch with me all the way. The trip took a little longer than expected Alabama-NH, but I was not in any hurry and in the end they were very accommodating working to the schedule of the people from whom they were picking up the sander and working to my schedule when it came time to deliver. Pleasant and nice to work with.

Polite and on time for the pickup. Furniture arrived here in the same condition as it was picked up. Thoughtful, polite and attentive service. I couldn't be more pleased. Drivers are welcome back anytime for a visit. Best recommendation that I can think of. Thanks again for doing the job so well.

The non-communicative nature during most of the transaction prevented a 'Positive' Rating. Calls and e-mails were repeatedly not returned, and the delivery date was scheduled and missed on 3 occasions without a call to me. However toward the end,they got their act together--delivery date was confirmed, an unavoidable delay was dcommunicated to me timely, they delivered in the eveng on MY schedule,and the shipment arrived in good shape. Good price Would use again, but good communication is a MUST

Overall good experience. Experienced some very minor damage to one of the pieces but most likely will use these guys again. Thank you!

There wa no damage to anything the item was shrink wrapped and blanketed. The customer signed a receipt stating they recieved it in perfect condition
