Kimball had agressively pursued my shipment and emailed that they would be able to pick-up Thursday or Friday. I tried calling the given number and informed Kimball that seller of my regrigerator was available anytime Friday and to please let me know their timeframe as I would be out of town on Friday. I never heard from them...neither via email nor phone. I would like to release this shipment fo

Nothing. This has been a very frustrating process and I would not recommend them to anyone at this point.

Since then I have sent him 5 emails and got no reply. I also called the given contact number more than 20 times and it is always turned off and the voice mailbox is FULL and does NOT take any messages. My moving date is the day after tomorrow and I can not afford to wait for 72 hours. Response from KimballTrucking: WE SENT SEVERAL E-MAILS AND MADE NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS.....IT APPEARED THAT THIS CLIENT GOT A CHEAPER PRICE THAN WHAT WAS QUOTED. WE HAVE THE E-MAILS TO BACK THIS UP.

Called phone number given in uShip profile 3+ times, left 2 messages, no response. I am a 'valid' customer who even paid the deposit, but never heard from anyone EVER from Kimball Trucking. I resent their negative feedback as IT is not valid...
