Although the service provider was delayed in both picking up and delivering the shipment, he did stay in constant communication. Fortunately we had some flexibilty at both ends - however, it could have caused a problem if we had chosen a different day. Very pleasant to work with.

I was a bit nervous about giving a $15k vehicle to a "stranger" - but felt better after meeting Kevin. He seemed nice and was professional about addressing my concerns. Before I chose him, I checked out his business registration with his home state (OH). I also got a copy of his drvr lic. when he arrived. My truck arrived in FL in fine shape, although was a bit later than we originally discussed. Once on the road, he was available by cell. Overall it was smooth and I would use him again.
