I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period I was in Colorado at the time the customer tried to reach me. My cell phone service was not able to retrieve my messages in time. As soon as I received the messages (two days) I immediately called the customer, left a message and have not heard from the customer since then.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have tried repeatedly to contact the provider via the phone number provided and by the e-mail address provided with no response over the last week. We have a scheduled shipment for the end of August, and I need to have something confirmed with a person that is able to have direct contact with me within a reasonable amount of time.

All calls were made while we were in transit with another load. Cell phones did not work in certain areas of KS & CO. Once we were able to receive calls and voice mails, the calls were returned promptly. Vehicles were picked up and delivered as promised. Have since repaired the phone problem and are able to receive calls pretty much anywhere in the US.
