Mike went beyond what is required and actually made this a pleasant experience. He not only delivered my packages but he also took the time to let the neighbor know they had arrived and helped to secure them safely. He took responsiblity of getting antique crystal glasses delivered without even a nick in one of the 50 glasses. Hopefully Mike is available for my future shipping needs.
