The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The shipping provider told me he would pick up my shipment the Sunday after I talked with him on the phone. He was unable to come that Sunday so we agreed to re-schedule for one week later. He was again unable to be there so I gave him one more chance and he again did not show up to pick up my shipment. Kevin got the job done. Very personable and helpful even though he ended up having to unload without assistance on the delivery end. He didn't communicate as often as I would like, but I'd still use his services again. Nice, trustworthy guy.
