I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment AND YES WE WILL REFUND THIS GUY HIS DEPOSIT THAT HE HAS PAID OUT TO US.HOWEVER,IT'S NOT RIGHT FOR CUSTOMERS TO COME ON HERE AND WRITE COMMENTS THAT'S NOT TRUE.AND WE AGREE WE WHERE UNABLE TO PICKUP HIS BOAT ON AGREED TIME.AND WE ARE SORRY ABOUT THAT.DUE TO OUT OF OUR CONTROL SITUATIONS.

Working with Andre was a pleasant experience, he was courteous and genuinely cared about my boat. He even vacuumed water out of my boat and cleaned the carpet after a rain storm without charging me. He always returned my calls promptly. Use this shipper!

Service Provider was no longer able to accommodate this shipment I told this shipper to cancel my shipment after they failed to pick up my boat THREE WEEKS after the agreed date. Very poor communication: each week when my boat failed to arrive I had to call them to find out why. Excuses included: a breakdown, a crash, sending too small of a truck that broke due to the trailer size when loading,and a hurricane. I wish I would have been able to leave negative feedback, but the cancellation does not allow it.

This customer did not request a cancellation. We put in a cancellation due to the fact that we were not able to accomodate his shipment in the time frame he required. Yes things do happen that are out of our control, there was a vehicle that was in the shop and within the same week a vehicle was involved in an accident and totaled out. There was always communication with this customer and the truck is in Florida with a shipment that they cannot move with because of Hurricane Fay.
