I had no problems with Karen or her Hyundai. She was very pleasant to work with and was flexible on delivery, She was where she said she would be at the Canadian border,right on time!!! I hope to do business with them again if needed, Thanks Karen, it was a pleasure,thank you for paying cash and I hope you enjoy your new car, Randy
