After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer.
Spoke with customer 4/19 and she agreed on mid week pickup and delivery of Mon or Tues of following week. On 4/22 she left nasty threatening message on my voicemail asking why not delivered. I called her back & explained that we had an agreement for mid week p/u which was scheduled for 4/23 with delivery as promised the folowing Mon or Tues. She chose to ignore agreement & stated she was cancelling & leaving very nasty feedback. Said communication skills were terrible when in FACT I spoke with h
