The shipment went fairly smooth. The dates and times weren't very exact though. The cars got picked up a day late, but arrived 3 days early. Not a big deal though. They do use a third party to ship the cars. Mine were shipped via Express Auto Transport. The drivers were all very professional.

Mike was a great shipment coordinator. He was very responsive and easy to deal with. The shipper did an excellent job of loading a challenging load and delivering it safely. There was some miscommunication and issues with a disconnected phone during pickup, but the shipment arrived undamaged and quickly. I would definitley use KMLAutotransport again.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I have been contacting driver regarding the status of arrival, he was running real late due to the Weather in Wyoming, roads were closed for 4 days. He was traveling from West to East to pick up this car. I don't want customer hanging around and waiting for me, So I decided to cancel, since I cannot perform service in the time frame customer has requested. Thanks, and Apologize for inconvenience. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipment was to be picked up within 5 days as per the bid. I spoke with the shipper and gave him 7 days to pick it up. He was unable to pick it up within this time frame and was unable to give me an approximate pick-up date. So I am going to transport the unit myself.

No Detailed Feedback Available I no longer need my item(s) shipped This shipment was listed several places and after receiving the bid I booked I got another bid from an independent company for much less outside of uship, I contacted the shipping company whom I booked with on here and they we're ok with the cancellation. I don't forsee having to ship anything this large so I will not need the credit applied to my account, as it will be $400 tied up for no reason. Please refund it to my card. Thank you. Brian Evans
