WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! DO NOT USE THIS FRADULENT BROKER. Shipper damaged my car- 3 dings on the hood. Broker refused to pay and then said he would pay and mailed me a check. It took over 6 weeks to receive the check. I took the check to the body shop and of course it bounced so I ended up having to pay for damage. Then, broker charged over $5800 of fradulent charges on my credit card when the bid was $964.66. I had to dispute charges on credit card to get it resolved.

Only deal with Driver, some broker tried to collect additional funds. Driver very professional & courteous. Absolutely no damage due to driver care. Arrived on time.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I spoke with Keith from KLM on June 19th and told him I was flexible on pick up. I spoke with him on Tuesday June 26 and told him no one has contacted me about picking the car. He told me he'd speak with the driver and if anything he'd pick up the car himself on Wednsday June 27. He never showed or called. Today, June 28 I called, no answer, I sent a text, no response.
