A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
the Service Provider showed up on time ,But Had mechanical trouble and could not complet the contract, after that they incounterd Personal problems that effected there ability to complet contract , I am happy with them for there tring to do this but now the shipment has been deliverd and they are no longer needed.
